Return Policy – Castellum & Co
At Castellum & Co, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Return conditions
For the return to be approved, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with labels still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase only. Once this time has passed, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled. If the order has shipped, the return process must be followed instead.

Returned items must be shipped according to the instructions provided after approval. Castellum & Co is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We require photo or video evidence to process replacement or refund requests.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order after return approval.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be made automatically via your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
